Recreational Therapy!

I am not allowed to leave my room today because I've been bleeding (just checked again and it's still red, although not entirely substantial). I wasn't allowed to go to the actual rec therapy session, so they brought it to me! They have a sewing machine and offered to sew it for me, but I get zero sense of accomplishment for cutting out fabric and having someone else sew it for me... so, I asked for a needle and thread and I'm doing it all by hand. Did a running stitch on the wrong side, flipped it right side out, pinned and am doing a blanket stitch around the perimetre. Love the fabric! Love that I have something to do.
My roomie Olga is actually all sorts of awesome. She is so, so nice and we have very similar opinions on how kids should be raised and nurtured. Wayyy better than Candy yesterday.
No complaints from me at the moment. Just want the bleeding to stop.
